Licensed Home Based Child Care

Hopscotch is a licensed home child care agency offering home based day care in Vaughan, Markham, Newmarket, Alliston, Woodbridge. The ongoing goal of Hopscotch is to offer quality in home daycare in a safe, warm, educational home environment. We strictly comply with and exceed provincial licensing regulations in accordance with the Child Care Early Years Act.

Hopscotch Home Daycare Agency has enrolled in the Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care program which reduces parent fees in Newmarket, Markham, Vaughan and Alliston New Tecumseth, Woodbridge

Our service is personal. We make ourselves available to answer any questions or concerns of both parents and caregivers. Hopscotch learns who you are and is then able to recognize your individual needs. 

All of our caregivers and their families undergo an intensive screening process to ensure safety of the children for which they provide care. Each caregiver completes a detailed interview, home assessment, physical checkup and personal and criminal reference checks prior to children starting with them. Providers have exceptional child care skills and provide children with a warm, safe and stimulating environment. Our providers also have First Aid and CPR training as well as continually upgrading their skills.

Hopscotch offers both full and part time private in home childcare. We accept children as young as six weeks old to 12 years old. Our providers are restricted to taking care of a maximum of six children, enabling them to offer quality time and programs, with each of the children. In addition, being cared for in a small group environment promotes fewer illnesses between the children.

With Hopscotch, a parent can have peace of mind that their child is being cared for in a loving, safe licensed child care environment.
